Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pay Vets Now, a software product operated by MF Automations LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Pay Vets Now you agree to these Terms.

1. What Pay Vets Now is and is not

Pay Vets Now is document-preparation and educational-guidance software that helps U.S. veterans prepare their own VA disability claims. Pay Vets Now is not a VA-accredited representative. We do not represent you before the Department of Veterans Affairs. You are always the filer of record on every VA form generated through our software. We do not provide legal advice about your specific case; for legal advice, consult a VA-accredited attorney or a free Veterans Service Organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. veteran, dependent, survivor, or an authorized individual acting for one, and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and fees

We offer a free tier ("Starter") and paid subscriptions ("Claim Plan", "Portal Monthly", "Portal Annual"). Paid plans are flat subscription fees for software access. No fee we charge is contingent on the VA approving, denying, or adjusting your claim. All paid subscriptions automatically renew (Portal Monthly and Portal Annual) except the Claim Plan, which automatically ends after six (6) monthly payments. See our Pricing page and Refund Policy.

4. Truth in Lending disclosure for the Claim Plan

The Claim Plan is a $100 setup payment due at checkout plus six (6) subsequent monthly payments of $50.00 each, for a total of $400.00. APR: 0.00%. Finance charge: $0.00. Amount financed: $400.00. No interest. No prepayment penalty. Auto-cancels after the sixth $50 payment.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) the accuracy of information you provide to us, (b) reviewing and signing every document we generate before you submit it to the VA, (c) submitting forms to the VA yourself, (d) attending any VA-required examinations, (e) complying with VA deadlines, and (f) maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. AI Concierge

The AI Concierge provides general information about VA regulations and procedures. It does not provide personalized legal advice. AI output may contain errors, including inaccurate citations to federal regulations. You must not rely on AI output as the sole basis for any legal or financial decision. We recommend verifying any regulatory citation against the official sources at ecfr.gov and va.gov.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual property

Pay Vets Now and all software, content, and branding are owned by MF Automations LLC. You may use our software only as permitted by these Terms. Templates and generated PDFs are yours to use for your own VA claim; you may not resell them.

9. Prohibited uses

You will not: (a) use Pay Vets Now for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to circumvent security or access controls, (c) scrape or automate the service beyond reasonable personal use, (d) submit false information, or (e) use Pay Vets Now to represent another person before the VA.

10. Disclaimers

PAY VETS NOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME WITH THE VA. FEDERAL VA ADJUDICATION IS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MF Automations LLC from any claim arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of any information to the VA based on documents generated through Pay Vets Now.

13. Arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or remotely. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. Either party may opt out of arbitration by written notice within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to these Terms, sent to privacy@payvetsnow.com. Small-claims court actions are permitted.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Termination

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription (see Refund Policy) or by using the data deletion endpoint in your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms.
