Refund Policy

14-day full refund
All paid subscriptions (Claim Plan, Portal Monthly, Portal Annual) are eligible for a full no-questions-asked refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge. Email support@payvetsnow.com from your registered address and we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
Claim Plan — after 14 days
If you request cancellation after the 14-day window, we will immediately stop all future $50 monthly charges under your Claim Plan. Payments already made are non-refundable but you retain access to everything the Plan has delivered up to that point (AI Concierge chat history, generated forms, records packet).
Portal Monthly — after 14 days
Cancellable at any time from your Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your dashboard). Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. No refund on the current month, but no further charges.
Portal Annual — after 14 days
Cancellable at any time. We refund the pro-rated unused portion within 3-5 business days.
Outcome-based refunds
We do not offer refunds based on the VA's decision on your claim. The VA's decision is outside our control and our fees are for software access, not contingent on your VA outcome. Offering outcome-based refunds would re-classify our fees as contingent fees, which are prohibited under 38 USC 5904 for anyone other than a VA-accredited attorney or agent. We are neither.
Failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe automatically retries under our dunning configuration. If payments continue to fail, your subscription will be marked past-due and access may be suspended until payment is restored.
How to request a refund
Email support@payvetsnow.com from the email address on your account. Include "Refund" in the subject line. We respond within one business day and issue eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.
